Thanksgiving, early in the morning.
I ask for any messages from spirit, from Ashento, from the other side about the reality of life.
Yes, we are here always at the other end. It may seem that we are awaiting your call or your connection but we are always here manifesting light,working with the essence of reality in the higher realms.
It is a pleasant and pleasurable experience for me as a soul in spirit form released from the incarnation of a human body a long time ago. Blessed to live a different existence in a unique and higher realm of essence.
I open, we open, to hearing the call of the universe where ever we are led to go.
I and the others, we have long ago put aside our individual needs to promote and heal and nurture the needs of others, the souls in spirit who are manifesting lightness of being at this time.
Let us begin with the journey, to the essence of who we are. As individuals having spent many lifetimes on earth we are conscious and aware of how to communicate and remain in contact with those that we have departed from or have left behind in this realm.
It is our ultimate and important message that we seek to establish communion and connection with you as celestial beings to earthly beings, that this connection is a communion of two different realms and yet at the same time, we remain in contact with each of our realms. That which is above is also below, that which is within is without the shadow and the light.
We are many in this presence, some are called to commune and others remain distant and quiet, you and I are unique in that we have maintained our previous connection.

Inside the turtle October 2nd
Inside the Turtle.
The turtle carries it's home on it's back which is representative of the Mother Earth and the
the pisces vesica. Inside this vesica pisces and the turtle is the Mother Earth.
She is alive, vibrant, radiant and sparkly. All of her characters are born into life from within her womb.
Each and everyone of them has a unique and distinct life path, a divine mission of love in some form of creative expression, conceived of love.
So sharing this vision, this multi purpose dimensional life path with others, creates the history of the world and the history of humanity.
Let's begin with the fork in the road. Sometimes someone takes the left fork and sometimes someone takes the right fork. What about the people who stand there not knowing which way to go?
They are waiting for a sign, direction or a visible clue.
Is evil good? Is good evil? Evil is good for those people who want to play that role.
Evil is bad for those people who experience that which deters them from feeling good.
Bless either way. Bless both directions. Bless left, bless right, up and down.
The key to the mystery is that there is no evil. Is there just left or right then?
No, there is neither, it just is, life is, good, bad, right, left, up, down, inside out, right side up.
Isn't it all just is?
Follow the balance point and there resides the truth. There is the direction of certainty and knowing that which is within is without.
Let's take the shell on the back of the turtle. Is that what makes the turtle? What happens if he loses his shell. What is it then, a creature? Is it a turtle without a shell?
Here we are on earth in a reality that has multi dimensions.
To go deep within is to go to the core, to the foundation, to the point of the beginning.
When the human soul leaves the body, what is the soul then?
It remains a soul regardless of whether it wears a body or not.
Reward the viewer with beauty with active utilization of all the elements of life, this is the teaching.
To remember the essence is to go inside to the core to the foundation of light, follow the way into the way of self realization.
Help each other to continue to open, to flourish in love.

I'm sitting on the wooden bridge with Singing Brook flowing beneath me, glistening in the sunlight. Five of my cats, Sparky, Puffy, Tommy, Inka and Nia followed me here, excited to be playing near by.
I open myself to the light, to receive, to hear, to witness and experience spirit flowing, breathing light.
I now open myself up to the highest spiritual realm, so it may flow through me on this beautiful morning.
Hello to you my sweet one. We are pleased that you are seeking communion and connection.
Just as easily as you see the water flows beneath you, always onward unimpeded, uninterrupted, falling from heaven, nurturing the earth, meandering around the rocks, glistening in the sunlight, reflecting the clarity and purity of water flowing to the sea. Just as easily the mystery of life, coming from heaven flowing into the body meandering, moving towards the light as all life flows home, to the source, to the divine one, the vast ocean of love with stops along the way, meanderings in different directions, always seeking peace as the solution to all dilemmas, to all situations.
That peace is what fosters love and growth and compassion, developing the heart. The muscle beats with love, the vibrancy of earth beats with love. Let yourselves bask in the beauty of nature, washing over you with her sunshine and blue skies and sweet animals, all created out of love and unity.
Watch as the seasons evolve changing always in front of you from seed to flower, to plants, to leaves, to expressions of grandeur in plant form, dancing in the wind, reaching even as they grow and develop.
All life is changing. All life is moving on, from growth to death through transformation and renewal.
Today is your day of renewal, of finding the way inside your hearts, to breathe in the colors of the universe, to breathe in the peace of the color of blue and the serenity of green and the warmth of the golden light.
Listen to the sound of the flowing waters, bathing your ears with the melodies of the celestial attunement of light.
Breathe in the beauty of the pure air. Let the wind dance in your hair, blowing gentle breezes upon your skin. All will flow, all will continue to evolve, transform and realign.
Thank nature for her beauty. Thank God for your life. Thank each other love, for being in each others lives. Feel the presence of spirit all around you and within you. Plug yourselves back in.

Every day is a good day to pray, in every way. Play like the kittens who exude joy, who express, who walk gently upon the earth.

All is. Is all? Is this all? All is. There is no other place, there is no other. You and I, spirit and human.
We unify ourselves today, as we remember our loved ones. We honor those who have gone on before us, sacrificing themselves as soldiers doing something they believe in, doing something.
Who are we to judge? Once we replace war with love, where will the soldiers go? To places that need them, communities that need water flowing, people that need buildings, homes. Transform ourselves, transform what we do for each other, replacing war with nurturing, compassion, with forgiveness and with acceptance, releasing all that ties us to the ancient way of aggression.
Release all that impedes our progress as living dynamic expressions of humanity.
Walk away, walk on toward the light, for the way of the peaceful soldier is the way of the gardener, of the dancer, of the singer, of the creative one, of the builder, of those who find their way, to be of service to humanity, to do good things, to do God things, to do nurturing loving peaceful expressions.
As we allow the heart to grow and pulsate, we fill our hearts with love.
We grow our hearts as we express our love as the love layers will radiate out and we will become beacons of love, beacons of light.
Love beings, Buddha beings, Jesus beings, happy, happy radiant sunbeings.
May you shine your light. May you bring all love from deep within.
Release all love to flow unlimited to all beings you encounter reaching deeply into the light.

11/11 2010 early in the morning
8:30 am.
Early in the morning, it is very sunny, with the golden light shining sweetly through the large windows on my bed, three of my male cats, Sunny, Puffy and Sparky are nestled on the covers near me as I hear these words within, so I reach for the recorder.
Upon arising, it is beneficial to breathe, release, relax, open to the mystery, to the miracle of life.
Here you are on another day, inside your body, inside the clothes, the human clothes that are wrapped around your soul. You now have the unique opportunity to experience life one more day, as a human, giving and receiving life, nurturing compassion, fostering awareness, remembering and reconnecting to the divine essence, your deepest core.
Each moment that we awaken and assume life in this physical form, is a treasure, a wondrous recognition of the unique opportunity that is at hand, to listen to the birds and witness the cats chasing the flies and feel the sunshine through the window, beckoning you.
Song- Arise, arise it's a beautiful morning. Open your eyes, look around you. It 's a new day dawning. Arise, arise it's a new day, a new way dawning. Embrace the mystery, finding your way to a prayer.

To recieve life is to breathe, to be aware, to pray.
May I be the conduit, between heaven and earth, in this unique creation of mine. Whatever I came here for may I remember the path. May I illuminate my way with love, with light, with truth and compassion and live my life joyfully in wonder, in awe and recognition for the miracle of life for each and every opportunity that presents itself to me as I move through this earthly life, dressed in this regalia of human life.
May I find the way to awaken to my true essence, to my true purpose. Whatever distracts me I release. I now live consciously as a Divine emissary of you creator, of Divine essence, source of love, source of home. Everything, everyone has a unique potential to remember.
May we all awaken to our divine essence that is inherent within, waiting patiently and gently to be recognized, to be brought to the forefront, out from within, and given a front row seat and the controls. Become the director of your own life.
Facilitate your own awakening through breathing, breathing in light, breathing in love, surrendering to the essence of who you truly are at all moments in recognotion of each other's journey.

In preparation for the light
10/9/10 Today as you go about your busy life, pause a moment to help yourself listen to the wisdom of the trees as they release their beautiful leaves and begin their passage in to the realms of the inner way, as they go deep within for the winter. Wherever you are accept this time as also the moment when you may travel through the portals of illusion into the void of expression of the higher self, the aspect of your self that is still connected to the essence of your divine ancestral home. All is blessed as the earth revolves in her splendor as she moves in to the next dimension with perfect love as a radiant star. Prepare for the light to shine ever so brightly through you , reflect your light for all to see and to feel.

Simply be by simply breathing

In the morning it is necessary to reconnect to the essence of life. Simply be open to the breath, your breath. Breathe in deeply. Help your body to awaken, to feel alive is to simply breathe. To maintain awareness throughout the day, simply breathe. This can be your prayer. You are the temple, you are the altar. You have the means to worship and to create and to be in the essence of your own religion.
As one being connected to all, to the family of love, to the family of light. Yes of course you can practice your particular religions that have developed over the centuries on your earth, mother Gaea. But they are essentially illusions of thought, thinking that these are relevant and important in order to pray, is not necessarily the truth. They are comfortable and familiar and give you a sense of spirituality and perhaps being at home but they are not necessary or relevant to the essence of your existence, for you are the creators of your own life. Religions exist because of humanity creating them, not because of the spiritual realm that exists all around and above and below and within. Try to remember this and practice the religion of awareness, of being alive, of breathing in the moment, of being in the moment. You will feel the deep connection of prayer and spirituality that can develop from this awareness.
You will not need a church. You will not need statues.You will not need to wear anything in particular or be with anyone in particular or follow anyone or follow any leader. You are your own leader. You can train yourself to lead yourself as the priest or priestess or shaman or teacher or counselor or whatever name you want to give those that guide and lead in your places of worship. Simply be with the awareness of the breath of life. simply be in communion with the oneness of all. Recognize the divine everywhere as you breathe, feel the presence of love, for love is the aspect that activates the soul's longing to reconnect with the master. The master being that which energizes you.
You have a light bulb that is useless unless it is plugged in and turned on, yet it is still a light bulb. It contains the ability to shine light but it must be placed within something to actually work as a light bulb to a socket and then the switch is flipped on, connected to the electricity that runs from the power of the earth. Think of your soul this way, living and breathing yes, your soul connects to the master, to the generator of power,of spirituality, of being part of the whole. Simply remember to turn on. Place your self into the receptacle so you may shine brightly as well. You simply breath and be open and receive and give love. This will help you to shine forth as the being of light that you are, as the being of creativity, as a being of love connected to the source of light, connected to the source of love.
There is no other reason to be alive, simply be aware of love, of light as you feel this awareness you gain your strength in becoming a being of light that gives and receives love and light. While you are here in your earth life phase, remember to be attentive to this energy of flow, of light. You can receive at all times that which you need.
You can hear the spirit singing through the birds. Each of these sounds can help you to awaken your own particular DNA that sometimes has forgotten how to awaken to the essence of your soul. Yes when you sit quietly and attune to the sounds of nature you can soothe, heal and nurture your life form. Your soul however is pure, always perfect, always awake. Your physical form sometimes cloaks your soul's presence so deeply that one has forgotten who they are in their own essence. Awakening to your essence is allowing your energy to flow bubbling up from the core within you, from the essence of your creation.
It is as if you are taking the lid off of the bottle bubbling out, sometimes it can spill forth as if the cork was released quickly and you can suddenly explode with life or sometimes it can come out very slowly as if there is something holding it back covering the flow. It all depends on how you want to find yourself. Yes you can search and search and search and go from hither and there climbing and climbing and climbing but not reaching anywhere.
The only aspect that is so important for you as humans is to simply be, be grateful, thankful, loving, compassionate, caring, reaching deeply into your loving place and forgiving all that comes along as bubbles. Remember when you were young and you would hold the bubble wand, and blow on them and the bubbles would dissipate, sometimes bubbling and popping or some would just float away. How sweet, the joy and laughter. This is life, bubbles, somethings land and others float. Remember you are the essence, you can carry yourself anywhere, you can dream and create and realize all aspects of your life. Accept your life, you can bring all your dreams into fullness, into magnificence, into action, through your caring loving touch, through your sweet voices, through your gentle looks in your eyes and especially through your open heart.
